‘Fulani Herdsmen Kidnap’ Popular Enugu King

His Royal Highness, Igwe Sunday Orji of Obom-Agbogugu autonomous community, Awgu Local government Area of Enugu State, southeast Nigeria, has been reportedly kidnaped by suspected Fulani herdsmen.

According to Enugu Voices, Igwe Orji was whisked away with his wife by the suspected Fulani herdsmen.

Yaahoo Journalist learned that the traditional ruler was reportedly kidnapped by the suspected Fulani herdsmen on Sunday evening, August 4, 2019.

This online news platform reports that Enugu Voices broke the news in a series of tweets on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Sunday night, August 4.

“BREAKING NEWS! His Royal Highness, Igwe Sunday Orji of Obom-Agbogugu autonomous community, Awgu Local government Area of Enugu State has been kidnapped this evening by suspected Fulani Herdsmen

“Further information is that the traditional ruler was whisked away with the wife. Enugu is no longer safe,” the tweet added.
