BREAKING: Pete Edochie Banishes Yul’s Second Wife From Entering His Household

Pete Edochie has reportedly banished Yul’s second wife from entering his household.

Newsone had reported earlier that a popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has announced that he has welcomed a son with his second wife, Judy Austin, who is also a Nigerian actress.

This online news platform understands that the Nollywood actor made the announcement on his Instagram page on Wednesday, where he shared pictures of himself and the newborn son.

He added that he loves the child as much as he loved his older four children, which he shared with his first wife, May.

Edochie wrote, “It’s time for the world to meet my son. His name is STAR DIKE MUNACHIMSO YUL-EDOCHIE. Born by my second wife, Judy Austin. And I love him so much, just as much as I love my other children.”

In the comment session, Yul’s first wife, May, wrote, “May God judge you both.”

The 40-year-old actor and his wife, May, had marked their 17th wedding anniversary in October 2021.

Yul, the last child of veteran actor, Pete Edochie, a veteran Nigerian actor, married his wife at the young age of 22 after they both dated for six years. He followed in his father’s footsteps and made his debut in the movie industry a year after his marriage.

However, apparently, Yul Edochie’s father, Pete Edochie from indications, is not happy with his son as he has reportedly banished his son’s newly found second wife Judy Austin from entering his household.

As reactions continue to trail Yul Edochie’s announcement of a second wife with his new son, his father Pete Edochie has given an ultimatum, saying: “I want the whole world and Nigerians to understand that as an Igbo man, I never support my son actions and as a statesman, I only Recognized his first wife as the only authenticated wife of my son, the rest is banished from entering my household.”

While reacting to the saga, Pete noted that marrying two wives does not confer a manly status on anyone.

Edochie, who publicly endorsed his son, Yul, for the 2023 Nigerian presidential election, said that getting with another wife simply means that one is ready to suffer and breed confusion among his generation.

The veteran actor bore his mind on the second wife and son that Yul had outside his knowledge, after having four children from the first wife.

Pete Edochie reportedly lamented that: “right from when Yul was still a child, he never listened to him. “I’m not shocked that he has a son without my knowledge. A child that doesn’t listen to his father end up cutting his or her life span short.”
