Popular Yoruba Actor Sisi Quadri is dead.

Newsone Nigeria reports that a popular Nollywood actor, Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji, popularly known as Sisi Quadri is dead.

This online news platform understands that Sisi Quadri’s death was announced on Friday, March 1, 2024, by some of his colleagues in the Yoruba movie industry.

Confirming Sisi Quadri’s death, Nollywood actress, Abiola Bayo wrote on her verified Instagram handle, “You will be greatly missed, Sisi Quadri. May your soul rest in perfect peace”.

Sisi Quadri Cause of Death Revealed

News-One reports that Sisi Quadri cause of death has been linked to kidney-related issues. The revelation was made known by blogger, Seun Oloketuyi via his Instagram page.

“Developing story @iamsisiquadri was said to have died of kidney-related issues”.

Born on December 25, 1979, in Ibadan, Oyo State, southwest Nigeria, Quadri was a prominent Yoruba movie actor, specifically known for his contributions to Nigerian Nollywood films.

Around a decade ago, he embarked on his acting journey, and it was his role in the film “Seranko Seniyan” that earned him the moniker “Sisi Quadri.”

The late  Sisi Quadri established himself as a comedic actor, delighting audiences with his performances in popular Nollywood movies such as “Aje Ni Eegun,” “Iya Oko Mi“, and “Omo Iya Oko.”

Sisi Quadri died at age 44 today, Friday, March 1, 2024.
