EPL Referee David Coote Video Snorting White Powder Goes Viral [WATCH]

EPL Referee David Coote video snorting white powder has gone viral.

Newsone Nigeria reports that a fresh video of a man, alleged to be suspended Premier League referee David Coote, appearing to snort a white substance has been published online.

This online news platform understands that David Coote video snorting white powder was reportedly filmed at a German hotel during the summer; Coote was in Germany in his role as a referee during the European Championship. The eight-second video shows the man who is alleged to be Coote snort a line of white powder through a rolled up U.S. bank note.

According to The UK Sun, David Coote video snorting white powder was filmed by Coote himself on July 6 — one day after he had acted as a support VAR official for the Euro 2024 quarter-final between Spain and Germany.

A PGMOL statement, obtained by The Mirror after the emergence of this new footage, said: “We aware of the allegations and are taking them very seriously. David Coote remains suspended pending a full investigation. David’s welfare continues to be of utmost importance to us and we are committed to providing him with the ongoing necessary support he needs through this period. We are not in a position to comment further at this stage.”

The emergence of this new footage comes after Coote was suspended pending an investigation after a video emerged earlier this week that showed him criticizing Liverpool as well as the club’s former manager, Jurgen Klopp.

David Coote, a Premier League referee since 2018 who has officiated multiple Liverpool matches, allegedly called Liverpool “s—” and described Klopp as a “German c—” in a video that was shared on social media on Monday.

Within two hours of the video being shared online, the PGMOL released a statement that said Coote had been suspended pending a full investigation into the facts around the video.

In the video, Coote allegedly says: “Aside from having a right pop at me when I reffed them against Burnley in lockdown, then he (Klopp) accused me of lying and then just had a right f—— pop at me. I’ve got no interest at speaking to someone who’s f—— arrogant. So I do my best not to speak to him… My God, German c—, f— me.”

As well as being suspended by the PGMOL off the back of the first video pending an investigation, Coote was stood down by Uefa for upcoming Nations League matches as well as European club matches.

The FA has also started its own investigation into the video of Coote criticizing Klopp, as the referee’s derogatory comment about the legendary former Reds boss included a reference to his nationality.
