 Coronavirus in Nigeria has increased again with the NCDC confirming new 438 Coronavirus cases.

NewsOne Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 438 new Coronavirus cases in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Saturday evening, July 25.

This burgeoning online news platform understands that the NCDC noted that of the 438 COVID-19 cases recorded on Saturday evening, 123 were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, Kaduna-50 Rivers-40 Edo-37 Adamawa-25 Oyo-20 Nasarawa-16 Osun-15 Enugu-15 FCT-14 Ekiti-13 Ondo-13 Ebonyi-11 Katsina-10 Abia-9 Delta-8 Kwara-4 Ogun-3 Cross River-3 Kano-3 Bauchi-3 Yobe-2 Sokoto-1 Niger-1, northern Nigeria.

The NCDC tweeted: 438 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria; Lagos-123 Kaduna-50 Rivers-40 Edo-37 Adamawa-25 Oyo-20 Nasarawa-16 Osun-15 Enugu-15 FCT-14 Ekiti-13 Ondo-13 Ebonyi-11 Katsina-10 Abia-9 Delta-8 Kwara-4 Ogun-3 Cross River-3 Kano-3 Bauchi-3 Yobe-2 Sokoto-1 Niger-1,” the tweet added.

Meanwhile, NewsOne Nigeria reports that the development means that Nigeria’s total confirmed cases of coronavirus have risen to thirty-nine thousand, nine hundred and seventy-seven (39,977) with sixteen thousand, nine hundred and forty-eight (16,948) people discharged and eight hundred and fifty-six (856) deaths recorded so far.
