Newsone reports that the 15th edition of The Headies, the annual award ceremony celebrating outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry is live today, Sunday, September 4, 2022.

This online news platform understands that the 15th Headies otherwise referred to as The Headies 2022 or The Headies Award 2022, titled “Join the Movement“, has kicked off at the Cobbs Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, United States of America (USA).

The 15th Headies Awards have arrived. On May 24, 2022, the Academy announced the nominations for this year’s awards.  This year’s edition of the award event is the first time the award ceremony would be held outside Nigeria since its inception in 2006.

Newsone Nigeria reports that Don Jazzy, 2Baba, and others were nominated for Humanitarian awards, while Ayra Starr and Ruger are set to wrestle LojayZinoleesky, and BNXN for Next Rated.
