Newsone reports that a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital, has postponed suit seeking to sack the Cross River Governor, Ben Ayande and his Deputy, Ivara Esu, over their defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This online news platform understands Justice Taiwo Taiwo had earlier planned the judgment on Ben Ayade sack as Cross River Governor for March 25, 2022, but postponed the judgment today.
