President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday, July 8, challenged the admissibility of the form containing his bio-data at the presidential election petition tribunal.
Yaahoo Journalist understands that the development happened at the resumed sitting of the presidential election petition tribunal in the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and it’s Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria’s main opposition party and its 2019 Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, are challenging Buhari and APC’s victory in the February 23 presidential election in Nigeria.
Earlier, the opposition party and Abubakar had called Buba Galadima as its first witness against Buhari and the APC at the tribunal’s sitting on Monday.
