The apex bank has therefore directed anyone who requires forex to approach their bank, insisting that the I&E window is the only known exchange.
NEWS ONE reports that on the black market, the players buy a dollar for 782 and sell for N785 on Saturday morning, November 19, 2022, after they bought N780 and sold for N790 on Friday, November 18, 2022.
