The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal fixed Wednesday, September 11, 2019, to deliver judgment in the petition between Atiku Abubakar and President Muhammadu Buhari.

YaahooJournalist reports that Atiku, who was the 2019 presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is challenging the election victory of President Buhari, the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal picked Wednesday, September 11, 2019 (tomorrow) by 9:00 am, to deliver its final judgment.

According to sources close to the Tribunal, the date has been communicated to the parties involved.

Sa’adatu Musa, the spokesperson of the court of appeal, disclosed the date in a notice on Tuesday, September 10.

“Please be informed notice has been given for judgment to be delivered tomorrow September 11, 2019. 9. 00 AM,” Musa noted.
