According to Npower, they are currently reaching out to those with “Paused Accounts’ via the phone number 013432057 and requesting for your account information as your payments was paused due to wrong or incomplete account information on your profile page.
Kindly give our agents your maximum cooperation. And you are to please note that you can also call Npower support via 018888148, 092203102, O7OOCALLNSIP to give Npower your details.
So this is an opportunity for the exited Npower beneficiaries whose payments were paused to take action to reclaim their payment.

The Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries completed their programme in 2022 while the stream 2 beneficiaries are currently serving as the new enrollees.
