COVID-19 Lockdown: Two Married Men Fight, Kill Each Other Over Wives (Video)
Two married men in southeast Nigeria fought and killed themselves over their wives’ arguments amid COVID-19 lockdown.
NewsOne Nigeria reports that the fight between the two married men who lived in the same compound, began after their wives had a misunderstanding. It was learned that the two married men were provoked by the arguments of their wives and thereafter took laws into their hands by fighting.
This burgeoning online news platform understands that a video going viral on the internet shows the two married men fighting over an unnamed issue with some neighbours trying to separate them. During the fight, the married men used sharp objects such as broken bottles on each other, which eventually led to their deaths.
A Twitter news channel, Gidifeed TV, who posted the video captioned it: “Two married men living in the same compound got into a fight during lockdown in Anambra state because their wives got into an argument, killing themselves in the process.”

On the other hand, a Twitter user, by name Ability Emmanuel, said the married men did not die and that the incident took place in Enugu and not Anambra State as claimed. Emmanuel was supported by his namesake, Leo Emmanuel who tweeted: “Your head dey there. Happened at One-Day road, Enugu.”
They didn’t die. And it was at Enugu.
