This online news platform understands that the presidential aircraft, an Airbus A330, touched down at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at exactly 8:55 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2026.

Newsone reports that the Nigerian President’s trip, which commenced on Tuesday, featured high-level engagements with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
The visit also culminated in the signing of nine bilateral agreements covering key areas such as defence, energy, security, research, and other strategic sectors.
Both leaders held extensive talks focused on deepening collaboration and advancing shared objectives between Nigeria and Türkiye in areas of mutual benefit.
Members of the presidential delegation included the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Maitama Tuggar; the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi; the Minister of Defence, Gen. Christopher Musa (retd.); and the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu.
