Arcadian Club Donates X-Ray Unit To Aramoko General Hospital
The Arcadian Club has donated an X-ray machine to Aramoko General Hospital, Aramoko Ekiti and also completed the renovation of the building that hosts the X-ray unit.
Newsone Nigeria reports that according to a statement signed by its President, Otunba Sunday Oyejide and issued by Mr Akin Oluwadare Jnr, the donation came under the health intervention initiative of Aramoko sons and daughters in quest of developing the town in all facets.
The statement added that the X-ray machine had been installed and already in use by the general public.
“We thank Aramoko Development Association, ADA, President and his executive members for their relentless efforts in coordinating development activities in our cradle, Aramoko Ekiti.
“We are in talks with the relevant authorities to agree on a suitable date for commissioning and to formally hand over the facility to the hospital management,”
“To ensure proper usage, the Ekiti State Ministry of Health has deployed an X-ray Technician to Aramoko General Hospital to manage this equipment. This is unprecedented.
“It is our sincere hope that the facility will be commercially viable as it is expected to serve our kinsmen resident in Aramoko and our neighbouring communities who have been traveling a longer distance to access similar facilities before now,” the statement added.
