NCDC has confirmed 176 new Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Nigeria.
NewsOne Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Tuesday evening, 22 September 2020, confirmed 176 new cases of coronavirus disease infection in Nigeria.
The new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed via a statement on the official Twitter handle of the health agency.
NewsOne Nigeria reports that the development brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to 57,613 which includes 48,836 discharged cases and 1,100 deaths.
Below is the breakdown of the latest cases according to states with the Lagos recording the highest number of new confirmed cases, followed by Plateau State and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
