Akmodel MD Abdulhakeem Odegade has won the Best Real Estate Entrepreneur at the 2025 Pan African Awards.
Newsone Nigeria reports that Akmodel Group’s Managing Director, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade has once again received international recognition at the 13th PAN AFRICAN International Annual Conference and Awards 2025.
This online news platform understands that the 2025 Pan African Awards took place over the weekend at The Palais De Congres in Cotonou, Republic of Benin, whose President is the distinguished President Patrice Talon.
Themed “AI & African Culture: Bridging Heritage and Innovation,” the conference brought together top leaders from across the continent.
The event was convened by Prince David Anyia, and in his welcome address, he mentioned that 97 persons from around Africa will be recognised today, amongst them are three (3) sitting Presidents, while Dr. Mustapha Njie opened the speaking session.
Delegates and guests came from Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Namibia, Benin Republic, and beyond, comprising royal fathers, academics, business leaders, and captains of industry.
In the award category, Dr. Odegade was honoured with “The Best Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2025, a Recognition Plaque, and a Medal” for his outstanding contribution to economic development in Africa.
Amongst the prominent figures who attended as guests and also as awardees included, but not limited to: Dr. Mustapha Njie (Gambia), Dr. Charles, representative of the Burkina Faso presidency, The Governor-General of the Republic of Benin, Amb. Dr. Gahiru Aliu of the Kano Emirate, Dr. D. K. Olukoya of MFM (represented), and others.
The event also featured the official launch of the Pan African Magazine, along with musical/DJ interludes and lunch for guests’ entertainment.
