APC Chairman has died in Lagos State.
NewsOne Nigeria reports that the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bariga Local Council Development Area of Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, Timothy Oyasodun is dead.
This online news platform learned that the APC Chairman died on Saturday, December 26, which was Boxing Day.
In a statement made available to journalists, Senator Tokunbo Abiru, described the loss of Oyasodun, popularly known as ‘Iyo’, as heart-breaking.

The senator noted that the APC Chairman was a committed progressive, even as he recalled the role Oyasodun played in his emergence as winner of the Lagos East Senatorial by-election.
“We all submit to the decision of God, our Creator, to call him home at the early hour of Dec. 26, 2020,’’ he noted.
Senator Abiru condoled with the family, APC leaders, members, and other mourners.
Before his death, Oyasodun served as Secretary of Social Democratic Party (PDP) in Somolu and Kosofe Local Government Area.
