President Tinubu has advised the Tiv to learn how to share and accommodate in response to the Benue Massacre.
Newsone Nigeria reports that President Bola Tinubu has stated that Nigerians must learn to share and accommodate, emphasizing that there is sufficient land to feed and raise all children.
The President called on Nigerians to change their attitude of hate.
Tinubu made the call on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, while on a visit to Benue State following the killing of over 200 residents in the State by suspected herdsmen.
The President arrived in Makurdi, the Benue State capital, as part of efforts to address the violent attacks in the state.
President Tinubu said: “But for us in Nigeria, we have to find solution to the cause of this. What’s the problem?
“But if we learn how to share and how to accommodate.
“We have enough land to feed, to raise our children, to cultivate happiness and prosperity.
“We must do it. We will change that attitude of hate,” the President said.
