FCT Head of Service, Grace Adayilo is dead.
Newsone Nigeria reports that the Head of Civil Service for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Mrs. Grace Adayilo, reportedly slumped and passed out early Monday morning, September 1, 2025.
This online news platform understands that the cause Grace Adayilo death is yet to be known.
Newsone recalls that President Bola Tinubu had approved Mrs. Adayilo’s appointment as the first female and indigenous Head of Service of the FCT in October last year.
She was an indigene of Abuja and the first person ever to occupy the position in the FCT Administration.
Grace Adayilo’s last official engagement was on Thursday, where she represented the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, at the G7 security meeting in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
