BREAKING: Federal Government Declares 4 Days Eid Holidays

Federal Government has declared 4 days of Eid holidays.

Newsone reports Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif,  a Pakistani politician serving as the 23rd and current prime minister of Pakistan, in office since 11 April 2022, has announced four holidays for Eid celebrations.

This online news platform understands that the four days of Eid holidays declared in Pakistan will take effect from Monday, May 2, to Thursday, May 5, 2022, Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif announced.

Meanwhile, Newsone Nigeria reports that the government of Pakistan has also announced to pay the salaries of public sector employees before Eid-ul-Fitr and a notification has been issued in this regard.

The holy month lasts 29 or 30 days based on the moon sighting and Eid al-Fitr celebrations follow the end of Ramadan and the dawn-to-dusk fasting for millions of Muslims.
