BREAKING: Governor Wike's Foot Soldier, Destiny Iganibo Caught With Dynamite [Video]

Governor Wike’s foot soldier, Destiny Iganibo has been caught with dynamite.

Newsone reports that Destiny Iganibo, a member of Governor Nyesom Wike‘s Grassroots Development Initiative (GDI) and a staff of the Rivers State Road Maintenance Agency (Taskforce) under the leadership of Chief Timothy Nsirim has been caught with dynamite ahead of the 2023 elections in Nigeria.

This online news platform understands that Destiny Iganibo was part of a gang of men who invaded the residence of Dr. Tamunosisi Gogo Jaja in the early hours of today, Friday, 24 February 2023, and ignited dynamites.

Newsone Nigeria gathered that Governor Wike’s foot soldier, Destiny Iganibo was caught by vigilant police officers and handed over to the Rivers State Police who took him into custody less than twenty-four (24 hours) before the 2023 Presidential Election.

Before the incident, Newsone reports that there have been increased attacks in the last 12 hours on opposition figures within Rivers State whose houses have been bombed with dynamites as part of what is believed to be a crackdown on the opposition in Rivers State by associates of the outgoing State Governor, Nyesom Wike.

The victim, a former Commissioner in the Wike-led Government, Dr. Tamunosisi Gogo Jaja, is an associate and supporter of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar currently running for the office of President on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria’s main opposition party.

Governor Wike who came second at the PDP Presidential Primaries last year remains opposed to Atiku’s aspiration and has issued threats on live television against supporters of Atiku Abubakar whom he describes as “enemies of Rivers State.”

A Twitter user who shared the video captioned it: “Destiny Iganibo (not Benebo) who ignited dynamite at the home of Dr. @tgogojaja in the early hours of this morning is not a stranger to @GovWike and PDP members. He is a member of Wike’s GDI and cracks squad under the guise of Taskforce. @USinNigeria @UKinNigeria.”

Chinyere Igwe was arrested by Security Agents with $500,000 Cash suspected to be for vote buying in the forthcoming elections.
