Ibrahim Musa Gusau has replaced Amaju Pinnick as the new NFF President.
Newsone reports that Ibrahim Musa Gusau has been elected the new President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
This online news platform understands that Ibrahim Gusau was elected at NFF’s 78th Elective Congress which was held in Benin, the Edo State.
He polled 21 votes to beat his closest challenger former Ist Vice President Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi who got 12 votes.
Though Ibrahim Musa Gusau did not poll the needed 22 votes to automatically win in the first ballot, other contenders opted out of the possible rerun.
Amaju Melvin Pinnick was the former Chairman of the board. He will now be replaced by Ibrahim Musa Gusau after his victory at the NFF Election 2022.
