Kevin Hart, an American comedian, and actor has suffered major injuries in what many describe as a horrific car accident.
The California Highway Patrol noted that Kevin Hart was one of two passengers in the 1970 Plymouth Barracuda being driven by his friend Jared Black in the West Valley just before 1 a.m(American time) on Sunday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, after the driver made a turn, Black “immediately lost control of the vehicle,” which “left the road and rolled over down” an embankment.
The report stressed that Black and Rebecca Broxterman were trapped inside the car. Kevin Hart, who “sustained major back injuries,” was able to escape the vehicle to find help.
A report by TMZ quoted the Police to have said that the driver of the car was found pinned in his seat under the crushed roof and so was the female passenger.
TMZ report added that the fire department had to saw off the roof to free them.
The report stated that the driver was airlifted across town to UCLA Medical Center, adding that his condition and Kevin Hart’s is unknown at this point.
Meanwhile, YaahooJournalist learned that Kevin Hart is now being treated at Northridge Hospital.
