A popular Lagos LG chairman, Engineer Abdul Fatai Oyesanya, is dead, YaahooJournalist understands.

YaahooJournalist reports that the Lagos LG chairman died at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, Lagos after a brief illness.

Until his death, Engineer Oyesanya was Chairman of the Ikosi Isheri Local Council Development Area (LCDA).

Late Engineer Oyesanya, an Ijebu-Ode indigene, was reelected on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2017, having first been elected LCDA Chairman in 2011.
