Nigeria has recorded new Coronavirus cases with the NCDC announcing 409 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
NewsOne Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 409 new Coronavirus cases in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Wednesday evening, June 10.
This burgeoning online news platform understands that the NCDC noted that of the 409 COVID-19 cases recorded on Wednesday evening, 201 were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, FCT- 85 Delta- 22 Edo- 16 Nasarawa- 14 Borno- 14 Kaduna- 14 Bauchi-10 Rivers-9 Enugu- 5 Kano- 5 Ogun- 4 Ondo- 4 Bayelsa- 2 Kebbi- 2 Plateau- 2, northern Nigeria.
The NCDC tweeted: “409 new cases of #COVID19; Lagos-201 FCT- 85 Delta- 22 Edo- 16 Nasarawa- 14 Borno- 14 Kaduna- 14 Bauchi-10 Rivers-9 Enugu- 5 Kano- 5 Ogun- 4 Ondo- 4 Bayelsa- 2 Kebbi- 2 Plateau- 2 Total of: 13,873 confirmed cases 4,351 discharged 382 deaths,” the tweet added.

Meanwhile, NewsOne Nigeria reports that the development means that Nigeria’s total confirmed cases of coronavirus have risen to thirteen thousand, eight hundred and seventy-three (13873) with four thousand, three hundred and fifty-one (4351) people discharged and three hundred and eighty-two (382) deaths recorded so far.
