BREAKING: Nigeria Records 416 Coronavirus Cases, See Results For Each State

Nigeria has recorded new Coronavirus cases with the NCDC announcing 416 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.

Newsone Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 416 new Coronavirus cases in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Monday evening, June 1.

This burgeoning online news platform understands that the NCDC noted that of the 416 COVID-19 cases recorded on Monday evening, 192 were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, Edo-41 Rivers-33 Kaduna-30 Kwara-23 Nasarawa-18 Borno-17 FCT-14 Oyo-10 Katsina-7 Abia-5 Delta-5 Adamawa-4 Kano-4 Imo-3 Ondo-3 Benue-2 Bauchi-2 Ogun-2 Niger-1, northern Nigeria.

The NCDC tweeted: “416 new cases of #COVID19; Lagos-192 Edo-41 Rivers-33 Kaduna-30 Kwara-23 Nasarawa-18 Borno-17 FCT-14 Oyo-10 Katsina-7 Abia-5 Delta-5 Adamawa-4 Kano-4 Imo-3 Ondo-3 Benue-2 Bauchi-2 Ogun-2 Niger-1 10578 cases of #COVID19Nigeria Discharged: 3122 Deaths: 299 ,” the tweet added.

Meanwhile, Newsone Nigeria reports that the development means that Nigeria’s total confirmed cases of coronavirus have risen to ten thousand, five hundred and seventy-eight (10578) with three thousand, one hundred and twenty-two (3122) discharged and two hundred and ninety-nine (299) deaths recorded so far.
