Police have fired tear gas and gunshots at EndSARS Memorial Procession.

Newsone reports that protesters and civilians are fleeing the scene of the EndSARS Memorial Procession going on at Lekki tollgate in Lagos State after officials of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) fired tear gas.

This online news platform understands that gunshots were reportedly fired by the policemen at the scene, while a journalist who works for Arise TV was also allegedly harassed.

Meanwhile, Newsone Nigeria reports that the Spokesperson for the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, was yet to issue a statement regarding the incident as of the time of filing this report.
