Tribunal Delivers Final Judgment On Lalong’s Election

The election of Governor Simon Lalong of All Progressives Congress (APC), has been affirmed by the  Plateau State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Plateau.

YaahooJournalist reports that the Plateau State Election Petition Tribunal delivered the final judgment on the Plateau governorship election on Wednesday, October 2.

The Tribunal struck out the entire petition brought before it by Jerry Useni and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), challenging the declaration of Governor Lalong as the winner of the March 9 governorship election in the state by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
