Trump Wins South Carolina (Full Results)
Trump has won South Carolina in ongoing 2020 US Election.
NewsOne Nigeria reports that the Associated Press has projected that President Donald Trump has won South Carolina in the United States.
This online news medium understands that the 2020 US Election is between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden.
While President Trump is seeking a reelection on the platform of the Republican Party, Joe Biden, on the other hand, is hoping to unseat the US President through the platform of the Democratic Party.
The winner of the election is determined through a system called the electoral college. Each of the 50 states, plus Washington DC, is given a number of electoral college votes, adding up to a total of 538 votes. More populous states get more electoral college votes than smaller ones.
