Coronavirus has reportedly killed an unnamed high ranking member of President Muhammadu Buhari’s cabinet.

Newsone Nigeria reports that the allegation was made by a controversial journalist, Kemi Olunloyo in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Thursday. Nigerians have since reacted to the claim that High Ranking Member Of Buhari’s cabinet has passed away due to coronavirus complications.

She tweeted: “#BREAKINGFlag of Nigeria A HIGH RANKING member of President Buhari’s Cabinet has DIED Coffinof #CoronaVirus #Covid9Squared sosSkull and crossbonesFace with medical mask complications. I will give the feds the honour of announcing it. U cannot hide it like Yar’Adua. I’m not telling because I value NATIONAL SECURITY OF NIGERIA #drkemiolunloyo.”

Meanwhile, as at the time of filing this report, the Presidency was yet to issue a statement regarding any death from the President’s cabinet as a result of the coronavirus infection.

Newsone Nigeria reports that Kemi Olunloyo’s claim is coming to the Chief of Staff to President, Abba Kyari, was some weeks ago, confirmed to have tested positive for the coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.

The Chief of Staff to President is currently in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, where he is undergoing treatment. Kyari had expressed hope in his last official update on his coronavirus status, saying that he would soon resume official duties.

Apart from Abba Kyari, an unnamed aide of President Buhari has tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).
