Newsone Nigeria recalls that Nigeria recorded new COVID-19 cases on Friday with the NCDC announcing 114 new cases of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed 114 new COVID-19 cases in a tweet on the micro-blogging site, Twitter on Friday evening, April 24. The NCDC noted that of the ninety-one coronavirus cases recorded on Friday evening, 80 were detected in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial city, 21 in Gombe 5 in FCT 2 in Zamfara 2 in Edo 1 in Ogun 1 in Oyo 1 in Kaduna 1 in Sokoto, northern Nigeria.
