COVID-19: TB Joshua Releases ‘Dangerous Prophecy’, Warns Buhari
TB Joshua, the founder of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has released a new prophecy his amid COVID-19 in Nigeria.
Newsone Nigeria reports that in the new prophecy, the prophet warned about the coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in Nigeria, stressing that if the situation is not handled correctly, many Nigerians may be made to suffer.
In a series of tweets, the SCOAN General Overseer urged Nigerians to look unto God as only him could deliver them and the entire world from the ravaging pandemic.
Prophet TB Joshua said that believers must take control of their situation instead of being afraid, for Satan, the cause of crises, “has been defeated.”
“Whatever chain satan must have used to connect you to himself – be disconnected and be free, in the name of Jesus Christ! Whatever medium satan must have used to connect your marital life, career, health, business, finances to himself – be disconnected and be free,” the prophet said
Reacting to the 14-days lockdown ordered by President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday, Prophet TB Joshua warned that “If you shut down the people, you have shut down the economy.”
The Prophet added that “No matter how much cash you inject into the economy, no matter how much you give to each citizen, money alone cannot revive the economy; it is the people who revive the economy – because people are the economy.”
Meanwhile, NewsOne Nigeria reports that TB Joshua trended last month, for an infamous prophecy in which he claimed the COVID 19 would disappear on March 27.
This burgeoning online news platform understands that the SCOAN General Overseer had revealed during a church sermon last month, that the pandemic will be over by the end of March.
“This month, 27th, it will be over, by the end of this month, whether we like it or not, no matter the medicine they have produced to cure whatever, it will go the way it came,” the cleric had said.
However, with no sign of the pandemic ending on March 27 as predicted by the prophet, Nigerians took to the micro-blogging site, Twitter to blast TB Joshua over the March 27 coronavirus prophecy.
Displeased with the attack, the prophet lamented that his prophecy stating that the deadly Coronavirus would end March 27, 2020, was misunderstood by Nigerians, who attacked him after the prophecy failed.
Reacting to the backlash from Nigerians over the prophecy, TB Joshua fine-tuned his prediction, saying he what he meant was that the virus would vanish spiritually by 27 March.
“I meant coronavirus would vanish spiritually the same way it came. As I speak, the virus is no more in the spirit realm.
“I didn’t specify so why would people conclude I meant physically. Men of today lack understanding.
“Instead of taking time to understand the context in which something was said, they are always quick to judge,” Prophet TB Joshua said.
