EndBadGovernance Protesters have commenced a one million-man Protest in Abuja.
Newsone Nigeria reports that the organizers of the ongoing EndBadGovernance protests in Nigeria have commenced a one-million-man protest in the Federal Capital Territory, FCT Abuja.
The protesters, who stormed the street early on Saturday morning, August 10, 2024, were seen carrying different placards and chanting “We are hungry” in what is a response to the ongoing high cost of living in Nigeria, West Africa.

Meanwhile, Newsone reports that Protesters have continued to hit the streets in Lagos, Oyo, Abuja, and other states as they call for, among others, the reversal of fuel subsidy removal and the skyrocketing price of goods and services in the country.
The #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protest has, however, been marred with looting by hoodlums in Kano and other northern regions with the Nigerian Police Force going after the culprits to recover some items. The protests also turned violent in some states leading to the death of some protesters.
The ongoing EndBadGovernance Protest against the high cost of living in Nigeria under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership which began on August 1 is expected to end today, August 10. The organizers had vowed to stage a one-million-man protest in the 36 states and the nation’s capital to mark the grand finale of the hunger protest.
