The breakdown of the results of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party governorship primary in Kogi State, north-central Nigeria has emerged.

The governor of Kogi state, Yahaya Bello, won the ticket of the APC for the governorship election in the state.

YaahooJournalist reports that the Kogi state governor won the election on Thursday after he polled a total of 3,127 votes out of 3,596 accredited delegates.

Governor Bello defeated 8 other aspirants to pick up the APC governorship ticket for the forthcoming governorship election in the state slated for November 16.

Below is the breakdown of Votes…

Yahaya Bello: 3,091 votes

Babatunde Irukera: 109 votes

Hassan Abdullahi Baiwa: 44 votes

Yahaya Odidi Audi: 10 votes

Sani Lulu Abdullahi: 7 votes

Engr Abubakar Bashir: 3 votes

Yakubu Mohammed: 0 vote

Hadiza Ibrahim: 0 vote

Engr. Danlami Umar Mohammed: 0 vote

Ikele Aisha Blessing: 0 vote

Invalid: 54 votes.
