Newsone reports that a young Nigerian female lawyer who was called to the Bar on the 28th of July, 2021, Ifunanya Grant Excel popularly known as Ifunanya Delilah or Ifunanya Mami Wata on the micro-blogging site, Twitter, is currently trending.

This online news platform understands that Ifunanya lawyer started trending on the internet last year when news emerged that she was reportedly suspended by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) over misconduct.

Although the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) swiftly responded to reports that it suspended Ifunanya Grant Excel popularly known as Ifunanya Delilah for posting photos of herself either naked or smoking marijuana on social media, the young Nigerian lawyer herself was silent until now.

Speaking on the alledged suspension by the NBA in a recent interview Yangi Media, the young lawyer said she was never suspended from the NBA contrary to viral reports.

She said, “I was never suspended. I mean, we all know that Nigerian Bar Association is a reputable organisation. If I were suspended, they will make it known to the public that this is what happened. It wouldn’t come from blogs.”

Before now, Ifunanya Lawyer said in a now viral video that a lot of people are questioning her on what her children would say about the explicit materials in the future. Responding to such questions, she affirmed that she doesn’t want to have children and if she mistakenly gets pregnant, she would abort it.

She further stated that she doesn’t want to get married too. She bragged about having multiple suitors at her fingertips if she was ready for marriage. According to her, a lot of people are hypocrites as they love what they criticize in public.
