Biafra: FG Writes International Community, Lists Nnamdi Kanu's Sins

Jubril of Sudan being an impostor of President Muhammadu Buhari has again resurfaced.

NewsOne Nigeria reports that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has suggested that the alleged attack on President Buhari on Thursday in Argungu, Kebbi State was an attempted citizen arrest on an impostor.

According to the IPOB leader, what happened in Argungu during the photo session was an attempt by a young man to arrest an impostor known as Jubril Al-Sudani.

NewsOne Nigeria reports that Kanu, who is on exile, has on many occasions in the past alleged that President Buhari of Nigeria is dead and has since been replaced by an impostor whose real name is Jubril Al-Sudani from Sudan.

Speaking on the heels of the viral video in which a man suddenly bombed into a photo session of President Buhari and other dignitaries and headed straight for the President before he was apprehended by security operatives, the IPOB leader said it is an evidence that the man identified an impostor and not the President.

The IPOB leader wrote on Facebook: “The attempted citizen’s arrest of Jubril Al-Sudani is a welcome development.

“I am glad that some Hausa people are now waking up to the reality of Abba Kyari’s horror show that is Jubril Al-Sudani.

I commend that young Hausa man in this video that tried to arrest the 45-year-old criminal impostor from Sudan.

Nnamdi Kanu reawakens Jubril of Sudan narrative

“Look at the video again and tell me the young-looking boy being paraded by the evil cabal as the late Buhari is not Jubril Al-Sudani.

“At least, conscientious northerners can now see what we saw since 2017. Jubril’s days are numbered.”

On the other hand, Femi Adesina, President Buhari’s spokesman, said the young man attempted to shake the President and not to attack him as widely speculated.

The Presidential spokesman said in a statement: “President Muhammadu Buhari was in Kebbi State Thursday to declare open the Argungu Fishing and Cultural Festival. It was the first time the international tourism event would hold in eleven years, as security considerations had rendered it impracticable.

“As the President went round the arena to inspect rice pyramids on display, and take photographs with farmers, a young man was so very excited to see his President so close. He made an attempt to get to him.

“World over, such would not be allowed by security details. The young man was prevented, and he protested that he should be allowed to greet his President. Now, professional contortionists are making mischief of the event. They are passing the video clip off on social media as an attempt to attack the President.

“Malicious people always twist things to give a negative narrative. But they simply dash their heads against the wall. The country moves on,” the statement added.
