President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Sochi, Russia, ahead of the Russia-Africa Economic Forum scheduled to hold on October 23rd to 25th, 2019.
YaahooJournalist reports that the President’s arrival was disclosed in a tweet on Monday night by Bashir Ahmad, his Special Assitant on New Media.
This online news medium understands that the President was welcomed by Mayor of Sochi Anatoly Pakhomov and other Russian Government officials.
Confirming the President’s arrival, Ahamd tweeted: “President @MBuhari arrives Sochi, Russia ahead of the Russia-Africa Economic Forum, he’s welcomed by Mayor of Sochi Anatoly Pakhomov and other Russian Government officials.”

YaahooJournalist recalls that President Buhari departed Nigeria on Monday morning to attend a three-day Russia-Africa Summit in Sochi, Russia.
The Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the President, Garba Shehu, in a statement, said the summit will focus on exploring and expanding opportunities in security, trade and investment, science and technology, and gas production.
