New Death Recorded As NCDC Reports High Coronavirus Cases In Nigeria
NCDC has reported high coronavirus cases in Nigeria today with a new death recorded.
NewsOne Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday evening, 21st November 2020, confirmed 246 new cases of coronavirus disease infection in Nigeria.
The new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed via a statement on the official Twitter handle of the health agency.
This brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to 66,228 which includes 61,884 discharged cases and 1,166 deaths.
Below is the breakdown of the latest cases according to states with Lagos State recording the highest number of new confirmed cases, followed by Plateau and FCT.
