Nigeria Records 829 New Coronavirus Cases (Breakdown By States)

Nigeria has recorded 829 new coronavirus cases.

NewsOne Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday evening, 26th December 2020, confirmed 829 new cases of coronavirus disease infection in Nigeria.

The new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed via a statement on the official Twitter handle of the health agency.

NewsOne Nigeria reports that the development brings the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria to 83,576 which includes 70,495 discharged cases and 1,247 deaths.

Below is the breakdown of the latest cases according to states with Lagos State recording the highest number of new confirmed cases, followed by FCT and Kaduna State, northern Nigeria.
