It is noteworthy that the N-Creative trainees were preselected in 2019 after they had registered on the portal in the first batch of 2016.

The training was conducted for the Southern Zone in 2019 in Benin City, Edo State. While that of the Northern Zone will commence this January.

The N-Power is a scheme set up by President Buhari since 8 June 2016, to address the issues of youth unemployment and help increase social development.

The Nigerian government said the scheme was created as a component of the National Social Investment Program, “to provide a structure for large scale and relevant work skills acquisition and development and to ensure that each participant will learn and practice most of what is necessary to find or create work”.
