Presidency Reveals Osinbajo's Whereabouts After Pressure From Nnamdi Kanu

Osinbajo’s whereabouts have been revealed by the Presidency after pressure from Nnamdi Kanu.

NewsOne Nigeria reports that Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, had claimed that Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo had been forcibly infected with Coronavirus and in critical condition. He had earlier claimed that Osinbajo was critically ill.

Leader of the proscribed group IPOB had also claimed Femi Adesina, the Spokesman to President Muhammadu Buhari, has not been seen around Aso Rock because of some secrets he is aware of.

“As we continue to pray for the quick recovery of all those afflicted by this global pestilence, let us also ask God to protect those who were either forcibly infected with Coronavirus like Yemi Osinbajo or missing due to what they know about Fulani grand deception with Jubril Al-Sudani, like poor Femi Adesina who has not been seen around Aso Rock for some days now,” he wrote on Facebook.

However, after pressure from Nnamdi Kanu, the Presidency has revealed that the Vice President is hale and hearty, adding that he has been carrying out all necessary activities required of his office.

Presidential media aide, Femi Adesina, made the disclosure during an interview on Wazobia Radio, insisting that Osinbajo is busy working with the Economic Sustainability Committee.

Nigerians overtime have questioned the presence of the President and his Vice in the fight against Coronavirus which has led to the death of over one hundred people in the West African country.

However, during the interview, Adesina noted that many of the Vice President’s meetings are now virtual or through videos.

“He heads the Economic Sustainability Committee. They hold meetings and this news (items) are on the televisions,” he said.
