President Tinubu Swears in Kudirat Kekere-Ekun As Acting CJN

President Tinubu has sworn in Kudirat Kekere-Ekun as Acting CJN.

Newsone Nigeria reports that Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu,  swore in Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun as the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria pending approval by the Nigerian Senate.

Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun’s swearing-in followed President Bola Tinubu’s return to Abuja on Friday, August 23, 2024, after a trip to France on a brief work visit.

President Tinubu, who arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport early on Friday, left for France on Monday.

Newsone understands that the President cut short his trip to France to swear in the new Chief Justice of Nigeria, Kudirat Kekere-Ekun this morning at the Council Chambers in the state House.
