#RIPEminem Trends As Fans Fear American Rapper Eminem Is Dead
#RIPEminem is trending on Twitter raising fears American rapper Eminem is dead.
NewsOne Nigeria understands music lovers across the world were left horrified after #RIPEminem started trending on the micro-blogging site, Twitter, following a disturbing tweet from a fan which has now been deleted.
Concerns for Enimen’s welfare started to mount on the social media platform after one Twitter user – whose account has since been suspended – wrote: “I have killed Eminem” in an alarming remark.
The tweet raised fears the American rapper from Saint Joseph, Missouri, United States, Eminem is dead.
However, NewsOne Nigeria understands that the 47-year-old Grammy-award winning rapper, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, is alive and well – with neither his team nor himself releasing any statement about his health so far.
Apparently scared with the #ripeminem trend on Twitter, some questioned Eminem is dead as tweeted by the Twitter user whose account has since been suspended.
One worried fan wrote: “BRUH I THOUGHT EMINEM ACTUALLY DIED CAUSE IT’S 2020 AND ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN BUT IT’S JUST YALL PLAYING TOO MUCH AGAIN #ripeminem.”
Another convinced fan wrote: “#ripeminem You’ll forever be in our hearts.”
A third added: “Me checking twitter to make sure Eminem is okay #ripeminem.”
Though #ripeminem is currently topping the Nigerian Twitter trend as well as world trend at the moment, no celebrity has written anything about Eminem’s death neither has anyone confirmed is truly Eminem is dead.
