South Sudan President Urinating Video Goes Viral On Reddit, Twitter & Youtube
South Sudan President Urinating Video has gone viral on Reddit, Twitter, and Youtube.
Newsone reports that a video that has now gone online viral shows President Salva Kiir Mayardit of South Sudan urinating on himself at a public function, to the dismay of his aides and military officers nearby.
This online news platform understands that Mayardit, 71, has been the president of the troubled northeast African country since its founding in 2011 and has continued to preside over a protracted conflict that has kept the country underdeveloped, with about 82 percent of its citizens in poverty.
It is unclear whether President Mayardit will seek to extend his 13-year grip on power with apparent underlying health issues, but the country will be marching to the polls in 2023 for the first time since its founding.
Newsone Nigeria reports that the elections, which were first scheduled for 2015, have been postponed thrice owing to various factors, including an attempted coup.
A Twitter user who shared the video on the micro-blogging site, wrote: “South Sudan President peed on his body while commissioning a road. This is what you get when you choose unhealthy criminals over healthy and competent leaders. There’s a 90% chance of this happening to Tinubu if we don’t make the right choices. So Embarrassing!”
