On his Facebook page, Prophet TB Joshua asked those who tried the same to share their testimonies. This was after he said he had last week told them about how he discovered that hot water and lemon fight indigestion.
The prophet said the regimen is a revelation, adding that the lemon must be cut into tiny slices and then put into hot water. Prophet TB Joshua said after sipping it, they should take some walks around.

After three to five minutes, begin to sip it as a drink. Refill it three times! I will advise you to move, walk around your compound or premises as you are sipping. When you are moving and sipping, it helps digestion. Viewers, to show you how effective this is – look at me before and look at me now! Imagine what has been flushed out.
