What President Tinubu discussed with the new Service Chiefs in the Abuja meeting has emerged.

Newsone Nigeria reports that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has called for greater efficiency in strategies and results in the ongoing fight against insecurity in parts of Nigeria.

President Tinubu made the demand when he met with heads of intelligence agencies and service chiefs at the State House in Abuja on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

In an interview after the Abuja meeting with the President, the Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyede, described the session as highly engaging.

“The President gave new direction and directives intended to achieve better results in the fight against all forms of insecurity,” he said.

However, General Oluyede assured Nigerians that the security agencies are coordinating more effectively to ensure the public can celebrate the yuletide in peace.
