Since then, the University of Wisconsin and the Police have been working to manage the problem. When private photos from the Wisconsin volleyball team were released, it became a severe problem since the players were upset because the pictures were never meant to be seen by the public. In truth, the University had issued a statement addressing the matter of the Wisconsin volleyball team’s viral private photos in which they indicated that they had contacted the police as soon as they became aware that the team’s hacked photos were being shared.

Private images and videos of Wisconsin Volleyball players’ teammates were posted online, prompting the police and the University of Wisconsin to announce that they were looking into a number of offenses.

The athletes contacted campus police after learning about the Wisconsin volleyball team’s viral private photos, according to the university’s athletic department. According to Marc Lovicott, a spokesman for the University of Wisconsin police, the inquiry is ongoing. Due to the continuing nature of the probe, Lovicott reportedly denied providing more information, according to Dailymail. The sports department of Wisconsin declared that “supporting our student-athletes is our top concern, and we are giving them the necessary services and resources.”

Given that they defeated Nebraska in the national championship game last year, the University of Wisconsin’s volleyball team is a force to be reckoned with. The American Volleyball Coaches Association poll has the University of Wisconsin’s volleyball team, the Badgers, in fifth place overall.

They have also stated that the police department will not investigate the students for any wrongdoing and will provide them with the necessary services and resources.
