The 2020 edition of the Most Innovative Entertainment Awards in Nigeria: The Yoruba Movie Gist Awards {YMGA}, organized by Olakiitan Adetutu Communications, will on Sunday, October 25th 2020, hold in Lagos.

In an official press statement released by the CEO of the glamorous award ceremony in Nigeria, Mr Gbolahan Adetayo, he claimed that this year edition will be different from the previous ones as his team has put together plans to make sure that this year event beats others.

Though we understand the challenges that the noble Coronavirus has caused everyone all around the world, we are determined to deliver a well packaged and entertaining event in celebrating those who deserve to be honoured in the Yoruba movie arena.
Our pride stems from our innovation which is to not only celebrate the faces of Nollywood but from our resolve to equally honour those working tirelessly behind the scenes. It is on record that such has never happened in the history of entertainment awards in Nigeria. And YMGA is the proud pioneer of this, as it was introduced in the first edition in 2018.
